To cancel your Toll-Free minutes, login, go to Settings and Premium/Toll Free.  There, you can cancel your toll free minutes.  Once you have cancelled a Toll-Free system with remaining minutes, your refund is automatically processed by the system.  Please wait 48 hours to inquire regarding the refund status.
