If you open your chat room 5-15 minutes prior to the start time of your show, your listeners can chat amongst themselves and prepare questions and comments for the upcoming show.

There are two ways that you can start your BlogTalkRadio chat. 1) Login to your account, click 'My Account' and choose "Start a chat" from your 'My Account' Portal. 2) From your studio you can click "Chat."

If you're a Co-Host, make sure to check the box "Chat as Co-Host".  Otherwise, you'll kick out the Host if they have the chat room open somewhere else.
