Where do I turn for Help?...

Live Help

Live help can be accessed during our regular business hours by going to My Account>>Studio, then go to the Help drop-down menu and select Live Help online. 

Call Center:

Priority Support recipients can call the Customer Support Center by dialing into your Host Dial In number, enter the PIN, and select option 3 on your dial pad, during regular business hours.

Regular business hours are between the hours of 10AM EST - 11PM EST Monday through Thursday and 10AM EST - 10PM EST Friday through Sunday.

If your having technology issues, you can always submit a ticket for assistance at www.blogtalkradio.com/contactus.aspx Priority Support recipients will typically receive response within 2 hours during regular business hours, and Free Members will receive replies within 24 business hours.
